At Stratton Equities, our Mortgage Loan Processor will organize and maintain a pipeline of loans and will be responsible for the timely and compliant flow up until loan closing.

• Prepare, review, and submit borrower documentation and disclosures.

• Hands-on Training & Team Oriented Management.

• Submit and track loans.

• Review dates, signatures, and accuracy.

• Manage processing expectations of the LOs.

• Salary: $70,452.25 - $99,045.46 per year

​

Preferred Experience:​

• 5+ Years of Experience with NON-QM Mortgage Processing with Underwriting Experience.

• Experience ordering Appraisals.

• Knowledge of Title Documentation.

• Experience in MS Office 365 & Encompass.

• Ability to meet deadlines on time.

• Ability to prioritize dynamic workload.
